Maitea Return Policy

Changed your mind? No problem: you can return or exchange your piece within 30 days of delivery.

For a full refund, please send it back in its original condition (without visible signs of wear) and pack it the way you received it, so it's protected from scratches on the way back.

📦 Returns

Returning or exchanging at Maitea is easy: just use our Maitea returns portal and find your order with your order number and postcode.

Return costs (depending on order value):

If your order value after the return is still at least €40, the return is free. If it's lower, a return fee of €2.70 applies. We deduct it automatically from your refund, so there's nothing else you need to do.

If you already paid shipping for your order, your return is free, however many items you send back.

Orders outside Germany: returns need to be arranged individually and the costs covered by you. Unfortunately we can't currently create return labels ourselves. Write to us at support@maitea.de.

Want to avoid return fees completely?

If you choose a gift card as your refund method, there's no return fee and you get 10% extra on top 💖

Sustainability:

Please send returns for each order in a single parcel where possible.

🔄 Exchanges

Not the right size, colour or design? No problem, exchanges are always free.

If you choose a product of higher value, our Maitea portal automatically shows you the difference to pay. If you choose a product of lower value, we refund the remaining amount.

Your new piece ships as soon as your exchange has arrived with us.
