How long does shipping take?
2–4 working days within Germany. International 5–10 working days.
My parcel hasn't arrived. / DHL marked it as delivered but I can't find it.
Use the DHL tracking link we sent you by email. If the parcel shows as delivered but isn't there, don't worry. Many of you sort this out quickly: a short call to DHL customer service (0228 4 333 112) usually finds your parcel within minutes. If DHL can't help, we're always here for you.
Can I exchange or return jewellery?
Yes, you can exchange or return your piece within 30 days of delivery through our returns portal. Some exceptions apply.
Are your materials allergy-free?
Our jewellery comes in two materials: medical stainless steel and 925 silver. Both are nickel-free and suitable for sensitive skin. Take our allergy test and get a recommendation that fits you.
