How long does shipping take?
2–4 business days within Germany. 5–10 business days internationally.
My package hasn't arrived yet. / DHL has marked the package as delivered, but I can't find it.
Use the DHL tracking link we sent by email. If your delivery is marked as delivered but the package isn't there, don't worry - most of you solve this quickly. Usually a short call to DHL customer service (0228 4 333 112) is all it takes to track it down within minutes. If DHL can't help, we're here for you anytime.
Can I exchange or return jewelry?
Yes, you can exchange or return your jewelry through our returns portal within 30 days. Some exceptions apply.
Is your jewelry allergy-free?
We make jewelry from 2 materials: medical-grade stainless steel and 925 silver. Both are allergy-free and nickel-free. Take our allergy test to get a personalized recommendation.
