DHL has marked the package as delivered, but you can't find it?
Don't worry – many of you resolve this issue very quickly. Usually, a quick call to DHL customer service (0228 4 333 112) takes care of it, and your package is located within minutes. If DHL can't help you, we're always here for you.
The item you requested is not available?
Some of our items are more popular than others, so it's possible we might run out of certain pieces. But we listen to your feedback. If your desired item is sold out, go to the product page and click "Notify me" – we'll email you as soon as it's back in stock!
Order not as requested?
We always strive for perfection, but mistakes happen. If you received the wrong item, or the color or quality isn't as expected, please go directly to our returns and exchange portal. We'll take care of it immediately and send you the correct replacement.
