For a full refund, please return it in original condition (no visible signs of wear) and pack it the way you received it to help prevent scratches in transit.

📦 Returns

Returning or exchanging at Maitea is simple: just use our Maitea Returns Portal and find your order with your order number + email address or your postal/ZIP code.

Return shipping (based on order value):

If your order total after the return stays at €40 or more, return shipping is free. If it falls below €40, a €3 return shipping fee applies - we automatically deduct it from your refund, so there are no extra steps.

Want to avoid return fees completely?

If you choose a gift card as your refund method, the return fee is waived and you get 10% extra value on top 💖

Sustainability & multiple return shipments:

Please try to send returns in one parcel per order. For a second return shipment from the same order, we charge €3 (automatically deducted from your refund).

Not the right size, color, or design? No worries - your first exchange is always free.

If you choose an item with a higher value, our Maitea Portal will automatically show the difference you need to pay.
If you choose an item with a lower value, we’ll refund the remaining amount.

Your new piece ships as soon as we receive your exchange.

Note: Please bundle exchanges per order. Any additional exchange from the same order is charged a €3 shipping fee.
