Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to decide if it’s the perfect fit. After 30 days, returns are no longer possible - thank you for supporting a small, independent brand like ours.

What Can Be Returned

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  
  
• Please include all original packaging: cotton pouch + organza bag
  
  
• Custom or personalized items can only be returned if defective

How It Works

Select “Return” or “Exchange” in the [return portal]

You’ll get a prepaid return label by email

Once your item arrives and passes inspection, we’ll issue your refund or send your exchange - completely free

💍 Exchanges are available for the same product in another size, or for any item of equal, greater, or lower value.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are issued within 1–2 business days to your original payment method
  
  
• If an item is used, damaged, or missing packaging, we may need to issue a partial refund (we’ll always be upfront with you)
  
  
• Refunds don’t apply to final-sale or custom items, unless defective

What Can’t Be Returned

• Worn, used, or damaged items

• Items not properly handled or cared for
  
  
• Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
