At Maitea, we want your jewellery to reach you quickly, safely and without any hassle.
Here's everything you need to know about shipping your order:

1. Carrier

We ship exclusively with DHL, with tracking, to make sure your order arrives reliably.

2. Express shipping

No surcharge needed, we're fast by default.
Your order is prepared right after purchase and handed to DHL the same day.
Delivery time then depends on DHL, so express shipping wouldn't speed things up.

3. Shipping costs

🇩🇪 Within Germany: €2.70 flat rate

💛 Free shipping: from an order value of €50 we cover shipping, because we don't want shipping costs to stand between you and your new Maitea jewellery.

🇪🇺 International (Europe): €8 flat rate

🌍 International (outside Europe): €10 flat rate

✨ International discount: from an order value of €50 you get 50% off international shipping ❤️

4. Tracking

As soon as your parcel ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number the same day.

5. Loss or delay

Your order is our responsibility until it arrives safely with you.
If anything happens along the way, we take care of it. You'll get your jewellery either way.

6. Damaged items

If your jewellery is damaged in transit, don't worry: we handle the DHL damage claim completely for you.
You don't need to do a thing.

7. Wrong or faulty items

Every piece is carefully checked and packed before it ships.
If something still isn't right, we take full responsibility and send you the right product straight away or take care of a DHL claim.
