We offer free shipping on all orders over 50€

Otherwise you can choose between express shipping for an additional 3,50€ or standard shipping for 2,5€

Orders with standard shipping will be delivered in 2-3 working days. 

Orders with express shipping will be delivered in 1-2 working days if you order before 3 p.m.

Please note that orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

We use DPD and Deutsche Post for both standard and express shipping. 

Returns are processed via Deutsche Post.

You can track your order using the link provided in the shipping confirmation email we sent you, or simply log in to your Maitea account.

Your jewelry will arrive in a soft, eco-friendly, and reusable Maitea cotton bag. If you’re buying for someone else, but in case you have a special request, don’t hesitate to ask away.)

We ship in flat cardboard boxes that fit easily into any post box - saving you an unnecessary trip to the post office! Once you’ve opened up your order, you can reuse or recycle the cardboard packaging.

We currently ship Europe-wide.

As soon as we’ve packaged up your Maitea order, we’ll get it straight in the mail for you. We aim to be as speedy as possible so you never have to wait long to wear your new jewelry. As a guide, processing and shipping usually take us just 1-2 days in total.

You have 30 days from when your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. We can’t accept returns after this window.

Yes! All returns and exchanges are completely free. We’ll email you a pre-paid shipping label via the Maitea Return portal.

1- Log into the Maitea Return portal and select "Return" or "Exchange".

2- You’ll receive a prepaid label—stick it on your package.

3- Send it back and we’ll inspect your item in no time.

If it’s all good, you’ll get a refund to your original payment method within 1–2 business days, OR we’ll ship your exchange—free of charge.

Tip: If you wish for a faster exchange, just reorder the new item you want—we’ll process the refund for the first and ship the second separately.

1- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition.

2- Include all original packaging, like the Maitea cotton pouch and organza bag. (You can keep Maitea's product care guide & Ring Sizer)

3- Custom or personalized items can’t be returned unless they’re defective

After your item arrives and is approved:

Refunds are processed in 1–2 business days.

Banks may take an extra 1–3 working days to reflect it.

If it’s stainless steel, gold-coated stainless steel or 925 Sterling silver then yes, you can! These pieces are sweat-resistant, making them the perfect companion for your gym sessions and active lifestyle.

This depends on the material – you can check what material your jewelry is made of in its product description and your order confirmation.

Gold-coated silver jewelry:

This material is not waterproof. Even if you treat it with care, it will always return to silver at some point! This is a normal trait of gold-coated silver jewelry. Because of this, our warranty doesn’t cover gold-coated silver jewelry turning silver.

What we can guarantee: it will never turn black, green, or pink. 

Treat your gold-coated silver jewelry with care and its gold coating will last longer.

Maitea 925 Silver:

This material does not change color. 

It might tarnish slightly after a few years or when exposed to salt and humidity for extended periods. 

But this isn’t a problem because you can always clean silver jewelry to make it look brand new again.

Maitea Steel and gold-coated steel jewelry:

With this jewelry, you’re covered with a two-year warranty against tarnishing, corrosion, and color fading.

But from our experience, it’ll last way longer than just two years. Rest assured, your steel jewelry will be with you for a very long time!

Absolutely. We prioritize your comfort and safety, meaning all of our products are nickel-free. This ensures that they’re 100% hypoallergenic and suitable for even the most sensitive skin types.

Zero allergic reactions to Maitea jewelry have been reported. However, if you do experience an unusual reaction to one of our pieces, you’re eligible for a full refund. If this happens, please contact us.

We use Surgical & Recycled stainless steel, coated with PVD technology, and 925 sterling silver, coated with 18-carat gold with 0.5 microns thickness.
