1. Shipping Carriers & Methods
We partner with DPD and DHL to deliver your orders both domestically and internationally. You can select from the following options:

  • Standard Shipping
  • Express Shipping
  • International Shipping

2. Shipping Costs

  • Domestic (Germany): Flat-rate shipping for all domestic orders.
  • International: Costs depend on the destination country and will be shown at checkout.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for orders over 40

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Germany: 2–3 business days
  • Europe: 3–5 business days
  • International: 5–7 business days

Please note: These are estimated times. Delays caused by couriers are beyond Maitea’s control.


4. Handling & Processing
Orders are processed on the same day they’re placed and dispatched the next business day. Orders made on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.


5. International Shipping
We ship worldwide without restrictions! However, international customers may incur customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are not covered by Maitea GmbH.


6. Packaging & Tracking

  • Sustainable Packaging: Your order will arrive in our eco-friendly, biodegradable packaging – designed to reflect our commitment to sustainability.
  • Order Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your package has been dispatched.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost or Delayed Packages: Once your package is handed to the courier, we are not responsible for lost or delayed deliveries. For assistance, please contact the courier directly.
  • Damaged Items: While Maitea cannot cover damage caused during shipping, we’ll replace faulty or incorrect items free of charge if you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

8. Returns & Exchanges
To make your shopping experience worry-free, we offer a 30-day return window – and now, all returns and exchanges are completely free.

  • Return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order via our [return portal].

  • We’ll cover the return shipping costs – you’ll receive a prepaid return label by email.

  • Items must be in original condition, unused and unworn. Please return them with all original packaging (including the Maitea cotton pouch and any organza bag).

  • Exchanges are available for the same product in a different size, or for another item of equal or greater value.

  • Custom-made or personalized items can only be returned if defective.
