At Maitea, we want your jewelry to reach you quickly, safely, and without hassle. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your order:

1. Shipping Carrier
We ship exclusively with DHL tracked shipping to ensure reliable delivery.

2. Express Shipping
No need to pay extra — we’re fast by default. Your order is prepared right away and handed over to DHL the same day. After that, delivery speed depends on DHL, so express options wouldn’t make it quicker.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Domestic (Germany): €2,50 flat rate

  • Free Shipping: All orders over €30 ship free, because we don’t want shipping to stand in the way of you enjoying Maitea jewelry.

  • International (Europe): €8 flat rate

  • International (Outside Europe): €10 flat rate

  • International Discount: Orders over €30 get 50% off international shipping ❤️

4. Tracking
As soon as your package is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email (on the same day).

5. Lost or Delayed Packages
Your order is our responsibility until it arrives safely at your door. If anything happens along the way, we’ll take care of it and make sure you receive your jewelry.

6. Damaged Items
If an item is damaged during delivery, don’t worry — we’ll handle the DHL claim for you. You won’t need to lift a finger.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
Every piece is quality-checked and carefully packed before shipping. If something is not right, we take full responsibility and will immediately send you the correct item or file a claim with DHL on your behalf.
